Submittal

Submittal management software pricing, per active project

Every plan reads your spec book, builds the submittal register with each row traced to its paragraph, and runs packages through review to the final stamp. You pay per active project, the price is on this page, and subcontractors and reviewers join at no cost on every plan.

What counts as an active project

An active project is a job where your team is building the register, sending packages or receiving stamps. When a job reaches closeout, you archive it. Archived projects stay readable and exportable, so the full submittal log, every revision and the closeout binder are there when the owner or a warranty claim asks for them, and they do not count toward your active project limit.

  • Count is the number of projects open at the same time, not the number of projects you ever create
  • Archive a finished job and the slot is open for the next one

How AI spec pages are counted

Each page of the project manual that the AI reads to build your submittal register counts once in the billing period when it is read. A commercial project manual often runs from 500 to 3,000 pages. The count is usage in the billing period: deleting a project or a section does not return pages, and the allowance renews with your next billing period. Editing rows, building packages, routing reviews and exporting never use pages.

  • Upload only the divisions you need, for example Division 08 Openings, to save pages
  • Your current usage is shown in the account before every upload

Reviewers and subcontractors join at no cost

The architect, the engineers of record, consultants, the owner's representative and every subcontractor you invite join your project at no cost on every plan, with no limit on how many. Internal members are the people of the company that holds the plan. External users see only the projects and items they are invited to, upload into assigned items, and stamp what is routed to them. Read how it works for each side on the pages for subcontractors and for architects.

The one-time demo is not a plan

The construction submittal software home page runs a real demo once: pick a sample section such as 08 71 00 Door Hardware or drop a short PDF, and the register is built in front of you. After you create an account the demo log stays in your account and exports as a watermarked file. It is a one-time look at the result, not a plan and not a way to run a project.

How billing works

  • Yearly billing is the default and saves 50 percent against month to month
  • Every plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period
  • Cancel any time in the account, access continues to the end of the paid period
  • Payments are final, as described in the refund policy
  • Moving to a higher plan charges the difference right away and the new limits apply once it is paid
  • Enterprise yearly plans can be paid by invoice and bank transfer
  • Prices are in US dollars, sales tax is added where it applies
7.1

Is the price per user or per project?

The price is per active project. Internal members are included up to the limit of your plan, and external reviewers and subcontractors join at no cost, so adding the architect or ten subs never changes your bill.

7.2

What happens if we reach the AI page limit mid month?

The register, packages, reviews and exports keep working, only new spec reading pauses until the next billing period. You can move to a higher plan at any time and the larger allowance applies once the difference is paid.

7.3

Can we switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. Moving from monthly to yearly charges the difference right away and the 50 percent yearly price applies from then on. Moving to a lower plan or to monthly billing takes effect at the end of the paid period.

7.4

Can we bill the plan to a job?

Yes. Every invoice shows the plan and the billing period, so you can code it to project general conditions. Enterprise yearly plans can also be invoiced and paid by bank transfer.

7.5

Do you offer refunds?

Payments are final. The exceptions are a duplicate charge, an unauthorised charge reported within 14 days, and a total failure of the service, all described in the refund policy. You can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the paid period. More answers are in the submittal software FAQ.
